Valerie served 30 years as the Executive Director of Leadership Recruitment /Manager Leadership Recruiting for Erlanger Health System . Valerie recruited all levels of management leadership positions for Erlanger Health System which includes executive, clinical, administrative and providers. In this role, Valerie had extensive talent acquisition experience with skills that encompass the full spectrum of the recruitment process. This includes but not limited to strategic marketing plans for total recruitment strategy development, candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, compensation review and negotiation.
Brad has over 18 years of bedside clinical experience as an Emergency/Trauma Nurse and 13 years at the Nurse Executive level. Langdorf has served as a Chief Nursing Officer in PPS, Tribal, and Critical Access Hospitals. Besides the opportunity to receive hands-on experience, Langdorf also had formal classes involving hospital finance and planning, leadership development, and human resource management.
Brad contributed significantly to the following accolades: LifePoint’s High Five Award, for two separate hospitals, in three consecutive years; Top 100 Critical Access Hospital, in 2017; 4-Star CMS rating, in 2017; Top 20 Critical Access Hospital, in 2018; and 4-Star CMS rating, in 2018.
Jeff is a technically trained professional with 34 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, in a leadership position. He comes with a wide degree in facility management, project management, and facility maintenance, engineering, and construction management. Jeff has a good blend of organization, communication skills and technical proficiency.
Jeff is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) and Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) with ability to handle a wide variety of projects effectively and efficiently.
